The homeowners keep their Thoroughbred racehorses at a training facility, but still wanted to evoke the feeling of a horse farm.

Secluded Entry
Graceful wrought iron gates guard the redesigned paving stone driveway, flanked by delicate pink roses. Deborah reused the large boxwood plants which had previously blocked the view of the home.

You’ve Arrived
The driveway terminates in a sweeping courtyard at the home’s entrance which offers ample parking.A portico was added over the front entry to protect guests from the elements.

Pitch Perfect
The Todd Group redesigned the back terrace to correct a drainage issue. Custom fabricated bronze railings were installed on the second floor. In the distance, another bluestone staircase leads to the pool area.
